The duties of the hosts and hostesses are as follows:

  -  The Vice-Presidents will call to remind you that you have refreshments.   Coordinate with the co-hosts.

  -  Check to see if there is a theme.

  -  Find your own replacement, if you cannot attend.   You might want to trade with someone.

  -  Please call the Club President or the Club Vice President, if you know ahead of time that you have had to switch with someone.

  -  Arrive at the dance at least 15 minutes early to set up refreshments.

  -  Help set up chairs for seating and tables for sign-in etc.

  -  Monitor refreshment table throughout the evening and refill as needed.

  -  Help treasurer as needed – be sure to ask before the dance begins.

  -  Greet guests at the door upon arrival and thank the guests as they leave.

  -  Clean up can begin as early as 10:00-10:15 at the refreshment table.

  -  Put all equipment away.

  -  Help put away chairs and tables.

  -  Empty trash from the restrooms into large garbage can.   The large black garbage sack should be placed in the dumpster behind the church.
